Villaggio Simenzaru is located directly by the sea on the northern coast of Sicily. It consists of a flat central body in which the main services are located and a series of brick-built cottages, 55 in all, with separate entrances and furnished patios, surrounded by greenery. Pets are allowed in the village. The restaurant offers Full Board with traditional Sicilian dishes and local foods, with meals also available in case of certain food intolerances. Villaggio Simenzaru is located directly on a beautiful private sandy and pebble beach with a gently sloping sandy seabed. The lido is equipped with sun loungers and parasols (subject to availability). The location and the simple cosy ambience of the village make it an ideal place for a family holiday. Some of the services such as the Mini Club and recreational activities of the animation team are dedicated to children, which also takes place at the village swimming pool and includes sports tournaments on the tennis court, games and an evening piano bar. Villaggio Simenzaru is located in Patti, a Sicilian town between Milazzo and Capo d'Orlando, facing the Aeolian Islands. Catania airport is about 120 km away, Palermo airport about 195 km away. A little more than 7 km away is the Basilica Santuario Santissima Maria del Tindari, which stands on the summit of the Tindari hill of the same name and overlooks the small salt-water lakes of Marinello, part of the nature reserve of the same name.
