Purpose of the processing

We define below the purposes of the processing of the collected data:

• management of customer relations (management of bookings, issuing of invoices, quotations), performance of any contractual and pre-contractual obligations, contact requests from the interested party, requests for assistance including through communication to third parties;
• fulfill regulatory obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations;

• to execute (with your consent) hotel services, such as the external communication of data relating to your stay for the exclusive purpose of enabling the reception function, messages and telephone calls addressed to you.

• Data deriving from implicit transmission in the use of Internet communication protocols, through processing to allow the identification of users, IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, including the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response. These data are collected in aggregated form only in order to verify the correct functioning of the site, and for security reasons used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site or for technical reasons of correct functioning;

Types of data processed

Among the Personal Data collected by VACANZEDIGITAL s.r.l., there are: personal and identification data (e.g., name, surname, residence, number of children, telephone and email addresses, place and date of birth, nationality, data relating to the identification document), which we acquire from you by filling out the registration form. In addition, the following categories of data may be collected: data of a special nature relating to health, necessary in order to meet any requests you might have (due, for example, to pathologies or particular conditions relating to your state of health); such data are suitable for disclosing not only the state of health, but also the racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, trade union membership, as well as genetic or biometric data intended to uniquely identify a person, Cookies and Usage Data.

VACANZEDIGITAL s.r.l. processes the data lawfully and correctly and in such a way as to ensure their confidentiality and security. The processing is carried out by specially trained and authorised personnel (employees, collaborators, consultants, etc.), as well as by external parties appointed as data processors as required by law, using manual, IT and telematic tools, with organisational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated.

In order to fulfil the contractual commitments signed, the personal identification and special data you voluntarily provided will be transferred to our partners (hotels, villages, resorts, transport services, competent authorities, etc.) to provide the service you have booked. Any refusal to provide consent implies the impossibility of providing the service.

Exercise of rights: Please note that the interested party, pursuant to article 15 of EU Regulation 679/2016, has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not data relating to him/her exist, to be informed about the source of the data and of the purposes and methods of the processing, updating, rectification, integration of data, cancellation of data processed in breach of the law and has the right to object to processing for the purpose of sending advertising material.
