Accomodation description
Situated on a hill, only 400 mt from a marvellous inlet, the San Domenico Beach Resort is located in Parghelia. It has 62 accommodation units furnished in a simple and functional manner, divided into Standard Rooms and Family Aparthotel. It has one bar and a restaurant offering Full Board formula with water and wine included during meals. At guests’ disposal there are beach umbrellas and deckchairs at about 200 mt from the village, reachable on foot or by shuttle service through a downhill section. The sea is crystal clear and the beach has sand and stones. By using simple rock shoes, access to the water is very easy. Other strong points of San Domenico, are an equipped swimming pool for adults, a five-a-side football pitch/tennis multipurpose field, soft animation for adults and for children with the Mini Club entertainment activities. Small pets are also allowed, with compulsory accommodation in the Aparthotel. Situated in a strategic position,at about 5 km from Tropea, known as the Pearl of the Tyrrhenian sea, the village is an excellent starting point for discovering the beauties of Calabria. Pizzo Calabro, where you can sample truffle and ice cream, is only 24 km away and Capo Vaticano, with its breathtaking views, is 15 km away. Tropea Railway Station is 5 km away, Vibo Railway Station is 20 km away while Lamezia Terme Airport is 52 km away.
