Accomodation description
Set on a promontory overlooking the sea near Cefalù, the Pollina Resort consists of a main building with Mediterranean-style architecture. The 345 rooms, with a modern and elegant design that characterises the entire complex, are mostly with views of the sea and the Aeolian Islands, as the resort is in a dominant position on the Tyrrhenian Sea. Rooms for the disabled are available. The panoramic restaurant, recently renovated, offers a Full Board formula with buffet services and unlimited drinks during the main meals. There are also gastronomic events such as the maritime evening with grilled fish and the Sicilian evening with typical products, an express pizzeria corner and gluten-free dishes. From the village, lifts carved into the rock lead to the long volcanic sandy beach, exclusive and equipped for the village guests. Pollina has a large swimming pool with sea water and an area reserved for children, as well as numerous sports facilities. Stimulated and assisted by the animation team, guests can try out various activities, sports tournaments, games and aperitifs by the pool. The amphitheatre offers a rich programme of variety shows, cabaret, dancing and disco nights. Great attention is paid to children in the activities of the Mini Club and Junior Club. The village is located in Finale di Pollina, in the north of Sicily, 115 Km from Palermo airport and only 13 Km from Cefalù.
