Grand Eurhotel Residence is located directly on the sea, connected through an internal passage to the Grand Hotel Montesilvano and, for this reason, thanks to the services and the activities that can be carried out, it takes the form of a “tourist village”. It has 130 rooms/apartments furnished in modern style and renovated. Studio and two-room apartments, with equipped kitchenette. In addition to Full Board, Half Board, or B&B it is possible to stay in Formula Residence. The private beach is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and is located in front of the Residence. Among the strengths of the property, there is a very engaging animation service that offers team games, parties, musicals and shows, with special attention paid to children with recreational activities of the Mini Club. Two swimming pools, one of which is semi-Olympic, and a multi-purpose tennis/five-a-side football field are also available to guests of the Residence.
