Can I use the Bonus Vacanze on Yesvacanze.com together with other offers and with forms of payment by installments Down payment / balance?

It is possible to use the Bonus Vacanze on yesvacanze.com in any case but with the only two limitations imposed by the methods established by law:

• The payment must be made in a single solution (net of the Bonus amount once verified) The payment must be made in a single payment of balance immediately (net of the Bonus amount once verified)
• The offer does not include free cancellation of the reservation

What is it?

The Bonus Vacanze is an initiative included in the 'Decreto Rilancio' (art.176 of Legislative Decree no.34 of 19 May 2020).It represents a contribution (up to € 500) to be used for stays in accommodation facilities (hotels, campsites, tourist villages, farmhouses, hotels, etc.) in Italy.
It is made up of a Unique Code which is also associated with a QR Code, it does not have to be printed but it is sufficient to have it available on your smartphone in the IO app.

How can it be requested?

The Bonus Vacanze can be requested free of charge through the IO app available in digital stores by 31.12.2020. If it has not been activated by that date, it can no longer be activated. If, on the other hand, it has been activated by that date and not used yet, it can be used by 31.12.2021.

How much is my Bonus?

The amount paid varies according to the size of your household: :

• households of 3 people and over: 500 Euro
• households of 2 people: 300 Euro
• one person: 150 eEro

When confirming the booking, 80% of the Bonus Vacanze amount will be deducted directly from the booking total; the remaining 20% can be deducted by the Customer in the tax return to be submitted in 2022. EXAMPLE 500 Euro Bonus = 400 Euro discount on your stay + 100 Euro deduction in the tax return.

Who can use it?

It can be used by only one member per household, even if different from the person who applied for it from 1st July to 31st December 2020 and can be used until 31st December 2021 (latest decree n.183 of 2020 - law n.21 of 2021).

How do I use it?

To use it on our site, follow these instructions:

• Choose a property on the site that accepts the Bonus Vacanze, they are marked with the relevant wording.
• The stay must be a minimum of 7 nights and confirmed at least 7 days before departure
• Proceed with the booking request.
When entering data please indicate:
• Name and Surname
• Tax Code of the Client to whom the file is registered.
• Unique Code of the Bonus

When can I use it?

It can be used by only one member per household, even if different from the applicant;
It can only be used once and can be spent in a single payment, after which it can no longer be requested
Remember that it is necessary that the holder of the file is the beneficiary of the Bonus Vacanze; the amount of the BONUS VACANZE (Tax Credit) applies only to the amount of the STAY; any additional services such as flights, transfers, ferries, etc., are always due in full and will be invoiced separately.

Does the bonus vacanze also apply if the stay extends beyond the period provided by the concession?

Yes, but it must include at least one day between 1 July 2020 and 31 December 2021 (final deadline as amended by the "Ristori" decree).

Does the person making the payment have to be the same person who benefits from the bonus vacanze?

No, the person to whom the invoice or tax document and consequently the holiday bonus is made out can be different from the member of the ISEE household who makes the payment.

What happens to my bonus if I cancel a paid booking?

The bonus amount cannot be refunded by the tour operator and cannot be used for new bookings.

Is it possible to transfer or give away the bonus vacanze?

No, the bonus vacanze can only be used by members of the applicant's household.
